Medicine works only when people trust it. That trust is built slowly, in small things: a label that says exactly what is inside, a batch that can be traced, a question answered honestly, a promise kept on terms and supply.
At Medigood Healthcare we hold ourselves to that standard. We share information a doctor can check. We tell our trade partners the terms before they order. We record every side effect report and act on it.

We collect only what you type into our forms: your name, whether you are a doctor, chemist, distributor or partner, your clinic, shop or company, your city, your phone number, your email address, the product you ask about, and your message. If you use the distributor form we also ask for your drug licence number, and the careers form asks about your role and experience.
Please do not put patient names, addresses or medical records in the enquiry form. The side effect form asks only for the patient's initials, age and sex and a description of what happened, because we need these to record the report.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and send the product information you ask for.
- To keep a record of our dealings with doctors, chemists, distributors and partners.
- To consider a distributor enquiry or a job application.
- To record and report a side effect, when you tell us about one, as the law requires.
We do not sell your details.
Who can see it
Our directors and the staff who handle your enquiry. We may also share it with service providers who help us run our email and website, and with authorities when the law requires it. When you press "Send enquiry", your own email app sends the message, so your email provider also handles it.
How long we keep it
For as long as we need it to answer you and to meet our business and legal record-keeping duties. After that we delete it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the details we hold about you, correct them, delete them, or stop using them. You can also withdraw your consent at any time. Write to us at the email above and we will reply. If you are not satisfied, you may complain to the authority set up under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
